The price depends on the plan: the number of users, the monthly credit limit and the scope of team features. You can add a credit pack or more markets to your plan. We share the details of the offer, including the price, in reply to a plan enquiry or during a call.
Basic covers one user and 5,000 credits per month, Pro up to 3 users and 10,000 credits. Both plans have the same feature set. Team covers up to 8 users, 15,000 credits and collaboration features: assigning people to tenders, sharing tenders externally and mentioning people in comments. Enterprise is for teams of more than 8 people, with the limit and configuration set individually.
No. The credit limit renews on the first day of every month and does not carry over to the next period. If your team regularly needs more, you can permanently add a pack of 5,000 credits per month to your plan.
Add-ons take effect immediately. The first month is charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period, and you can remove an add-on from the following month. Additional markets are set up as agreed.
When more than 8 people use Minerva, or your company has its own processes or additional integration requirements. Enterprise includes all features plus API access, unlimited integrations, a dedicated account manager, custom AI models and additional markets as agreed.
